How do i register the account for PSO2? shouldn't it already be registered since I the account made? I don't remember getting a email confirmation for PSO2.. is there a way to get another if there is one?

Just creating the Sega ID won't do. You need to register to use PSO2 as well. This guide from the beta (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2727074&postcount=162) is still valid as a way to register. Just scroll around until you find ファンタシースターオンライン２
