problems with downloading 26 dec patch (pre)

can anyone download the patch before the maitenence completion time?
when I open my client to download, it reaches around 9000 then stops the connections everytime

Can someone tell me how to complete the download? or there is a better link for the download?

I was able to put the patch in w/o any problem :o
Hope it's not some bug in the patch
