Hi, I just reach level 24 and surprisingly, the stats added to me isn't that much. I only get +4 S-Atk when I usually get +11. Is this ok? I'm a Human Hunter btw.

This is standard for Phantasy star in fact for most RPGs. The higher you get, the more it takes to level and the less stats you get. Although, I didn't think it dropped down to 5 until level 30.
