Are you asking if it's playable or is it out in EU/NA?

A lot of us are playing PSO2 jp (july 4th release) with a guide and a partial english patch to help us get through. As far as EU/NA, we only know that it's gonna be out early 2013 and their hasn't been any update on release since PAX which is kind of testing some of our patience...
