why cant I sell photon arts?

Was putting items in my shop, was gonna put some above 11 photon discs I got but i cant, I see others selling them so why not?

You can't sell disks that are level 11 or higher, just like you can't sell 10☆ and rarer weapons. Also, there's a whole thread for quick questions like this.
