Unlocking Fortunate Omen on Vraolet

Ok so i noticed that Fortunate omen can be unlocked on vraolet. Is there any reason that there are so many Lambda Vraolet with it in shops instead of vraolet?
I mean there is about 20 Lambda Vraolet and none of Vraolet for sale.. Is there any diff other then personal pref or maybe atk power?

Also any guides on unlocking Weapon Potential would help along with the info I have yet to do it....

Grind to +10, trade in Photon Spheres. It starts over at +0 and with +1 level of latent.

As for why there are no Vraolets, people probably already bought them all and/or can't meet the R-ATK requirement on Lambda if not a Ranger/Gunner.
