So after feeling frustrated by not being able to play with "decent gfx"

i started looking around the net and started tinkering the settings on the nvidia control pannel.

the end result was about 10 fps "i used desert as the place tht gave me lag"

So what i did was:

Changed the multiple monitor aceleration for performance mode in just one monitor "dont use this unless you never use a external projector/screen"

Antialias fxaa off
Antialiasing gama correction off
antialiasing definitions- none
antialiasing mode- off
antialiasing transparency - off
Cuda Gpu "im on a laptop so all is default and only option"
Anisotropic filtering off
Texture Filtering - optimization by anisotropic sampling -off
Texture Filtering - Trilinear optimization - off
Texture Filtering - Quality- High Performance
Texture Filtering - Negative tendency on detail level - allow unsure about this one.
Power management mode - Choose performance "battery killer tho" "but you dont play pso using your battery i hope"

Maximum pre-presented videograms - use aplication settings
Ambient oclusion- off
Optimization by execution lines - auto
Vertical sync - off
Tripple mid memory - off

not sure how it might affect other games, but i didnt see any visual diferences from it "aside of some crisper textures "foor"

i had to translate the settings from my nvidia pannel so sorry if its not right.
