error! help!

Pls help!
So just dled the game & started just now, i'm new.

After updating & patching. When I Login sega id and enter ship- > create new character > chract creation page , while im trying to make it It jus freezes n gives d following error. This happens every single time since I installed & I havnt got a chance to play dis game yet.

Im using a high config pc i7 3820 gtx 670 windows 8 pro x64

tried lowering gfx etc,

Tried repairing files , ( No need for repair)

Tried everything doesn't work. Tried uninstalling anti virus, reinstalling game, nothing work.

PS: Also tried reinstall gfx card driver install diff drivers etc. only option left reformat.

Can you take a screenshot of just the error please, click on the error dialog box and hold alt and press print screen.

Go set your settings to lowest as possible and turn off shaders.

I Tried everything....

Suddenly in the morning It worked, after lots of messing arnd , then after I wake up I turn on pc n try again problem started again, error 2 mins into game.>.<

Try updating your nVidia Graphics Driver. This is a graphic error. But having a look at your specs, you should be able to run it on highest settings, since I'm on a GTX 670 myself.

Ok.. Since u mention that the first time I installed n try to launch game I got error dx3_d9.dll missing . funny since im using dx11 windows 8 x6 pro .

I have tried re installing my drivers using diff drivers in the past it didn't work.. I will try it once again.

some of this may be windows 8 related. the game isn't officially supported on windows 8.

Lots of game like to run their own version of direct x. if you've already had the game run a file check, try rolling the drivers back to an earlier version. I read in a blog post under some circumstances the newest nvidia drivers break the game
