Something new when logging in?

I don't know if its just me but i have never seen this before.... I had to go buy a new pc today windows 8 :( I don't know if this might me prompting this new thing during log in but yeah its new to me

When you log on from a new pc you must input a code that is sent to your email linked to your Sega ID check your email.

AH ok i fell pretty dumb now haha I been looking around for a wile and gave up and posted here.
Just checked and found the code Thank you so much!

just so the thread isn't a waste anyone using 8 have problems with the en patch i keep getting this error
