Well, I returned to PSO 2 about a week ago. When I use to play regular I brought AC points about twice. Since I came back, I am unable to charge for more AC. When I get to the purchase last page, it says "Cannot make deal with bank" or something along those lines.

Yes, I do have money in my account. I also called my bank to make sure there is no kind of block from other countries when purchasing things online, which there wasn't. Anyone know what could be the issue?

They are currently blocking any AC transactions due to the maintenance.
There is already 2-3 threads about it + the front page.

They've also largely blocked foreign transactions in general unless your bank offers a 3d secure password service for your card, in which it may work

Yes, Visa. I have that 3d secure password. After I confirm it and try to purchase AC, it takes me to that screen and give me that "error".

It seems visa has become a very fickle in being accepted by Sega. Mastercard has a better success rate if you register it. There's a topic for the website for doing that for mastercard that worked for me.. I'll find it if you can't.

Np it's like a $5 mark up but if you cant buy AC its better than nothing.
I myself have used cnusa 2 times so far. Took 24 hours for first purchase and like 2 hours for 2nd.
All you do is log on to your sega account and put the code in simple and easy.

I'm very interested in this, especially with the insane sutocorp webmoney markup (economy hurts)+^_^+ I'd much rather be able to use one of my cards and pay SEGAC directly for AC, ever since they quit supporting American Express I've been hording 1700 for a special occasion+^_^+
