no tht cant be it because i just made my id so im sure its right

Did you make sure to actually "register" or "assign" that ID with the pso2 service?

If you didn't, there's your problem.

Servers are down right? I can't read it so i can't be sure but you shouldn't be trying to connect right now anyway

usually you'd be able to login but all the servers would just show up as offline.

SEGA ID authentication should be a different server anyway.

I dunno if he hasn't completed the registration process it may not let you finalize the account when the servers are down. You can't login btw. it brings up the username/pw screen but as soon as you type in your pw it comes up with an error and laughs at you.

Either your password or your SEGA ID is wrong.

Don't forget that there shouldn't be any capital letters in your username.
