Computer suggestions??

Well I just couldn't seem to make up my mind the past couple of weeks.
First I was thinking about getting a computer then I was thinking about getting a Vita.
I finally know now I will not be getting a Vita until the prices of the memory cards go down so I'm back to wanting a computer.

Only thing is I only know enough about computers to be able to use them and fix minor problems.

I've tried looking for computers myself but I don't know whats good and I have a hard time understanding some stuff.

I'm hoping you guys can help me out by suggesting something along the lines of my needs and wants.

My only specifications are it has to be somewhat cheap, it has to be able to play PSO2 even if it's on the minimum settings, and I'd prefer a desktop.


I know this is a weird request but any help will be appreciated.

throw in whatever video card you can afford, and you'll be set.
