MB 8 C-7 help?

it's the first important matter in the last board and it says go to zieg and then do a zeno CO but I go to any of them and can't start the cutscene... I tried change block , relog ( not closing game yet but don't think that will do anything) to no avail , I can't advance in the board without that matter , is there any solution?

Every CO from Zeno must be completed. To get the latter ones you need to have completed C-5 from the second matter board.
Then you'll get a cutscene with Zieg.

...if I understood your problem correctly.

You may need to complete any COs you have with Zeno before you get an event from Zieg.

They DO have it in FULL Description.

It is just not in Spanish.
