It's some Client order item you probably had 1 extra of. Since it's non-tradeable I'm gonna assume it wasn't a repeatable CO. Probably one of Koffee's unlock things.

It's a quest Item. It's usually tied to the Client order you're doing.

As for the scratch items, check your inventory or the storage system.
