Only if you've truly lost your id.

when you signed up for your account you will have recieved emails from sega, the second email you've got should confirm your Sega ID (just search your emails for Sega and, unless you delete all your emails, it should be in there). Then you can go through the forgotten password section of the site.

Course if you've deleted your emails, have fun with contacting support!
