How do I make the game Full screen? Or change resolution even.

in the launcher, 2nd button from the top.

From there, it should mostly be in "engrish".
Just move through the top tabs to find what you're looking for.
WHen you're done, click the bottom left to save your settings, and bottom right to exit.

I don't recommend making it full screen though, as it causes a lot of problems.
Try virtual full-screen instead.

Scroll down to the section with the blue header "PSO2 Launcher."

Figure the screens will help.

What problems would that be?

If you like to alt+tab to do things like check cirnopedia, or do anything else really, while running in normal fullscreen the game tends to crash, but with virtual fullscreen it isn't a problem.

Some people get BSoD, some have their computers shut off, in my case the whole system freezes if I try to Alt+Tab and need to restart the system.

I personally get screen tearing out the ass in full screen.

Full screen is the only way for me to reach the 60FPS limit (VFS goes to default 30...)
But i prefer a half frame rate over smooth & unstable.
Yeah, when I get the alt-tab issue I HAVE to open task manager and close the process...

I try to virtual fullscreen but my PC doesn't like to.

And fullscreen seems to work better with Fraps
