On the "Aim To Become Top Force" requires you to kill Dark Ragne & Rappy. Is there a certain way you have to kill them?..

So you mean your Ragne and Rappy kills aren't being counted? Sounds rather odd.. btw thats the rare Rappy not the Nav Rappy xD

To summarise what everyone else has said:


Have talis equipped when target enemy dies
Rappies = the original, fluffy cute rappies. Nav rappies DO. NOT. COUNT! (imposters)
Target enemy is to be lv21+, not you. Just, do hard mode
Since you just need to have talis equipped, you do not necessarily have to be a force to complete that CO. Just get duel gaze, the all-class talis. Should be cheap.
