Does anyone know when PSO2 will be released in north america

I have only played PSU for xbox 360 and I miss it. Does anyone know when PSO 2 will be released in 2013 its killing me. Also will the game be the same on PS vita like the PC version because I don't like pc gaming I've always loved console. Plus with vita I can play online anywhere.

There will also be some changes to make the vita version play smoother.
graphics not as good as the pc version and the maps are shorter are the ones I remember off the top my my head.
