i got a lvl 476 mag named churel!!!!

i met a guy yesterday that wanted to trade a mag for my chainsawd.
he said that the mag was lvl 476.
i didn't believe him cause i thought mags were maxed at 200!
but he dropped the mag first so i could check it and it really was 476!

how is that possible!
do you get it by using a mag cell?

can somone tell me something about the mag?
BTW. it has only 2 photon blasts.

so does anyone else got this mag or know how to get it??

oops, I meant to say that no mags can lvl above 200, I apologize. I dunno if you can feed the mag and make it grow anymore or not, as I have never had a ahcked one before. I guess if you don't mind using a mag produced by gameshark you weren't really ripped off, but it looks like a bad trade to me.
