Lisa's client orders

Can anyone help me I'm trying to do Lisa's client orders but they aren't loading. I know you have to go to her as a ranger and I'm doing that.

Hm, try moving to a different block or relaunch pso2? Perhaps.

I have tried that, is there a lev you have to be? Could it be something to do with my sub-class?
Can't really think of what else it could be, everyone else's client orders are fine.

Hmm... hmmm.. Never had any problems myeself bit you tried going to her as a ranger or gunner mainclass.

Tried going to her as the main 3 classes, no idea what to do.

Have you done Afin's first CO? (S Ranking Subdue Fangulf)
If you have, have you talked to Lisa as a non-Ranger, then TALKED (not the viewing CO option) to her as a Ranger?
