One Time Password

I assigned a One Time Password to my SEGA ID with the android app a while back for the event. No complications as I've yet to lose my phone or have it die on me. But I'm concerned as to what if that were to happen.

Is it possible to remove the OTP? I've been looking around and it doesn't seem that way.

I would be hesitant to add an authentication token to my PSO2 account for the same reason. In the games industry, it is common to require phone assistance in order to remove the token from your account (If you accidently lost your phone or reformatted it, for instance.)

While it's possible that Sega NA could remove the token, i'd expect it to require a member of Sega JP.
