Name Length

Are names in PSO2 character restricted (number of symbols) or space restricted (amount of space the symbols take up), and by how much?

*obviously doesn't play PSO2 at the moment*

A lot of the RMT bots have the same length names, so imma assume that whatever length those were that that's the max+^_^+ (something like 14, adi82xin75hbts looks like a bot name, but it could be 12 or 16 too) obviously not playing right now or I'd check+^_^+
