What happened over night? Use to be endless ruins runs for grinding. Where did everyone go?

The blocks were renamed. There are no area-specific blocks for difficulty anymore. Probably because 90% of them were never used.

14 through 29 are the new VH blocks. Probably not 20 because English players are still going there out of habit.

Update done away with field blocks, they're all consolidated into difficulties, time attacks, and solo play now.
