No you can't, it's impossible.

Anyway, Casts can have their skin color be anything on the color palette.

never mind me, I'm drinking+^_^+ you can get white though, but it will look a little latex like+^_^+

It looks like the shader quality was lowered for this one. It won't look the same if you run standard shaders in place of simple shaders.

well, i went into creator, and this is as white as i could make it (see attached file)
.fcp files you can import by copying to your C:\Users\Current User\Documents\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2 folder, then select load in the initial character creator to make adjustments+^_^+

too bad you can't just choose whatever color you want for all races and all outfits, even though it's possible

or not start with a costume at all. I loved that bug
