How much +% does it help from transferring status effect abilities?
does it help only when increasing status effect affix from lvl 2 to lvl 3? or just for transferring lvl 3 to another weapon?

Photon Collect + II + II = III 100%
Photon Collect + III + III = IV 70%
Photon Collect + IV + IV = V 50%

In other words, it boosts the % quite a lot.
