While I can access to my friend's Sega ID, I cannot access the above confirmation mail due to unknown error. Which means I can't past this screen: http://bumped.org/psublog/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Verification-IP-Address-Change.jpg

Question: 1. How can I change email in Sega ID? Is it in re-set password section? 2. I assume after I pass the confirmation code, it will store into your PC isn't it? If so, where can I find it?

While you can change your password, e-mail changing is current locked due to a high volume of hackers stealing accounts and identities for nefarious reasons+^_^+ if you want to use a new e-mail, your going to have to create a new account+^_^+

as for your second question, your PC's ISP connection outgoing IP Address and possibly your MAC address i think are recorded server side, why i say server side is i did a full uninstall, deleted anything related to Sega, cleaned the registry of anything to do with PSO2 and Sega *i don't recommend messing with registry unless you know what your doing, i only did it to debug an FPS on screen display that don't like PSO2 for some reason* and did a re-download and full install and i never needed to get another confirm code+^_^+ however when i used my PC at another location (the campus lab) it asked me to check my e-mail for a cod, now it seems i can play both places without issue+^_^+
