Looking for the Gravity Dance Photon Art Offline

title says it all.

I'm looking for the Gravity Dance Double Saber Photon Art offline in Ambition of the Illuminus cause Tornado Dance sucks and spiral dance wont give me the multi-target attacks i'm looking for.

now i know Spiral Dance is available at the start of the game in the shop at the Colony. but when and where does Gravity Dance become available?

I haven't played much of ep2 so I don't know if you have to advance the story to unlock it or browse the shops.

It's in every shop, but I believe prerequisites have to be met. Though iirc during my playthrough I had it for a lot of the game, but that might just be me and my post game shenanigans.

Do enough HQ missions and it should be unlocked, that's how all the store items are.
