Getting errors?

What error is this when i log into the game about to go in i pick my ship
then i have to log in but it comes with [No.678]??!?!
The words i cant copy but that's the error number? can someone help me..:-?

There's an old Great Error Thread (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=194598) lying around. This is what I got from it:

Error 678- Need to Accept User Terms
[SOLUTION: Head to the ISAO user site (https://cha.isao.net/profile_oem/OEMLogin.php?product_name=pso2) and accept the user terms. Once you login to the ISAO site and get past the Japanese Captcha (Go HERE (http://www.lexilogos.com/keyboard/hiragana.htm) for a clickable hiragana list if you cant input/dont know japanese), there should be a bit of scrollable text. Below that text should be TWO buttons. Click on the top button to say "I agree". Wait for it to process, then click the only button there (Logout).
Basically, you need to log into your Sega ID and accept the PSO2 Terms of Service before it will let you play. I changed the link in the quote above to use the right link, but you can also use this thread (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=203925) for references on solving the captcha you'll get when you try to log in.

I don't know if the entirety of the above quote is still valid (I think I remember there being three buttons (the left-most one got me what I wanted, I'm pretty sure) the last time I went through the process), but I'd imagine that, for the most part, it still applies.

Did you register your ID? You might not have fully signed up for PSO2 with your Sega ID
