Ok I have been using Webmoney for some time now.. but It's kinda expensive.. in order for me to go premium I would have to dish out 30.00 each month.. that's kinda expensive {to me anyway} for a sub..

Now on to the question at hand:

Would it be cheaper to use Bitcash or edy ? I'm looking for something I can put my own money on and deduct it monthly.. Or does Bitcash/edy still uses pre-paid CC like webmoney ?

if someone would be so nice to post a guide in Using bitcash for PSO2 that would be lovely ^^;

thank you in advance

Premium is 3600 AC for three months man. So only a little over $12 per month.

your right..but i'm dealing with prices like this..

http://www.cn-usa.com/?cmd=buy&loc=193646

3000 card + 1000 card

So I would have to pay 62.13 every 3 months? where is the logic there ?

is there a better way around this ? that's what i'm asking.. I hear Bitcash accepts paypal has anyone else either tried this or is doing it this way ?

EDIT: What about Netcash ? I see they sell 500 and 1000 yen cards..

You should go with Sutocorp. Even though on first purchase they ask for ID, the cheaper prices are worth it.

3000 card + 1000 card

I got 5000 AC for the same price.

None of the options PSO2 accepts will allow you to access with a credit card issued outside Japan. You're pretty much stuck. Hope that at least answers your question.

I've heard good things from this and other forum though.

The only complaints I've ever seen are people whining and complaining about giving out their identification and being too impatient to wait a few hours for the company to get back to them and activate their account for the first time.

There a lot of positive reviews from people who actually use sutocorp.

Even if they are out of cards they just refund you the money and you try again in a few days.

I can confirm that all they require for PayPal "identification" is a cell phone pic of the front of an envelope addressed with the same Name and Address as your PayPal account. You need to send it to them from the email associated with the PayPal account. That's it. It isn't any different from information you are likely to give any free service (name, address, email.) In fact if you've paid with Paypal, you've already given them this info.

From the email they sent me on verification:

For payment with Paypal (sending code via email), we will process the
order if you can provide us your scanned ID (pasport, driving licence,
etc) which show your NAME and ADDRESS, this measure is for Security
Reasons (we will compare it with your Paypal account information). Or
you can also SCAN a BILL or Letter from any institution which shows your
Name and address on it.

Please send it to [email protected] using YOUR REGISTERED
PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS.

This measure is for FIRST TIME TRANSACTION, so for next time purchase
you do not need to do it again.

We only do this for security reasons because of some bad experience we
had before with Webmoney Japan buyers pay with paypal.

We know that some of people are not comfortable with giving any ID
easily in the internet, we are only want to make sure YOUR NAME and
ADDRESS in
order to ensure us that your payment and order is for real.

Maybe you can provide us with a copy of bill or anything that writes
your name and address (that will be ok)

We will protect received Id by our privacy policy.

I think sutocorp is a fine and reputable company. It might take up to a day to get everything sorted for your first transaction but they beat competitor pricing hands down.

You don't even really need a physical copy with your name on it, I sent a screencap of my bank statement to SuToCorp that had my name and address on it and they accepted that, so that's another option. ^^;
