Sega PSO2 Emails - Missing, or ??

Just recieved a "Rusty Hearts" email in the inbox assigned to recieve my PSO2 emails.
Not unusual at all - though it has been a while.

Then I realized: I hadn't recieved any "PSO2" emails from Sega, since probably mid december or so...
(And they were NOT in my junk folder)

I recall there was a spate of this being reported a few months ago, but really didn't pay it much mind.

When was the most recent times folks have received a "Sega PSO2" email?


How to go about 'fixing' this, if I've been 'missing' emails?

Thoughts and previous experience much appreciated!

I got my activation email on Jan 4th

The only other message I know I got was on Feb 8th when they wanted to confirm I wasn't a bot.

They've cut back on the newsletters a lot. Seems like they only send them during major updates now, and they stopped giving out new wallpapers unless it's a holiday.

I don't recall getting one on the 8th... what did want you to do?

That's making me feel a lot better, that this seems to be a general reduction, rather than my account specficially missing something.

Erk, no I have not, as of this writing.

I *did* get a newsletter thingy for Rusty Hearts, but as I'm not 'in' that game, I have not bothered to translate it.

This is why I was running this all by PSO-World - I may well not be getting the Newsletters anymore...

When I get home, I'm going to check when the last one I rec'd was (if I haven't deleted them all...)

Hrm, seems I received a PSO2 newsletter last on 1-9-13.

The one that was received this week - did it have any item codes?
I'm really starting to wonder what's happening to my newsletter emails...

I've been getting newsletters, but it's only about updates and upcoming events that the front page already has up.
