Hm... Several rare drops in a small amount of time?

Two nights ago, I ended up getting 5 of the same Rare gunslash throughout the whole night. I thought it was weird, but didn't question it...

Then just my last run in Forest hard, I just dropped 3 rare rods, 1 being unidentified.

So my question is... do you have times that you drop the same rare in bursts, and then nothing for a while, maybe a different rare for Falz, and then get a new rare and drops several of those?

I assuming that rare weapons drops more often if you have the same one in your inventory... but didn't expect three rares in one run...

I ran a VH Ruins MPA for 90 minutes or so, and I managed to find all 3 Ragne parts, an extra Ragne legs, a Pico Hammer and an untekked Pink Rappy Fan -- all without finding the Gigas Spinner I was initially looking for.

It certainly feels like the luck comes in bursts, but these incidents are probably coincidental.

RNG in this game is so sticky. It has to be with how often people get multiple rares in one night, then go months with nothing.
