Or I should say when in the future we can pick everything on the skill tree, what would be the top DD? Would it still be RA or GU??

If, because Sakai stated we would never be able to max the trees (they get expanded on each 10 levels).

It would situational who is the highest DD. Even now, FI/HU is better than other classes for some things, while RA/FI is better than the rest for other things and GU/RA for xyz while FO/FI is good for abc and FO/TE is good for the other thing.

Ranger would not get any extra power with a (current) maxed out tree. They'd just be able to have Jellen Shot and a maxed Stun Grenade without straying from the current optimal damage build.

Gunner would be able to take all of Attack PP, both ZRAs, AA, and even Showtime. That's kind of a big deal, especially with frequent CT and maxed CF. Plus have Automate Deadline without sacrificing any purely offensive output.

Hunter would get all of their defensive stuff along with a marginally better Fury Stance. Not a very big difference in terms of DPS, but maybe they'd actually be the tank of their dreams.

Fighter would... They uh. The skills that... Chase Bind?

Force could max all of their masteries, all of the tech bonuses, and Photon Flare (for just that little bit extra). Two full masteries and three Tech Advances is huge.

Techer could actually have a maxed Territory Burst and the Wind side would finally have more than a couple points in it, but other than that not much would change.
