Update problem

hallo ich bin neu ich habe das problem das ich das spiel nicht richtig updaten kann ich weis nicht ob mehrere das problem haben aber ich versuche das immer das update zu machen aber es klappt irgendwie nie richtig es kommen immer Meldungen danach led der wieder was runter und dann kommt der Launcher wo dann auch nix mehr pasirt auch wen ich auf den Spielenbutton gehe pasirt nix nur das der Launcher sich schliessen tut
