The Arkive will be editable by players when user accounts are created, but an admin will have to check over the work when that happens. This is really not needed.

I meant for general data, not just stuff strictly (and vaguely understandable) related to pso2
for the things pertaining to ease of access. make communication easier, and establishing standardized shorthand.

It's mostly that rather than trying to reinvent the wheel and scattering things out, it might be better to contribute to other places or use places that are already in effect, rather than trying to re-invent the wheel might be a more effective approach.
