Linking PSN to sega ID?

Where do I go to do that. Tried to google it and nothing came up. I see a lot of people mentioning it though. I'm about to start it up on the vita for the first time.

TheSega ID you first log into on your Vita will automatically be linked to you PSN/SEN ID. In other words, dl the game, log in when you start it up and you're ready to go.

Awesome thanks. What if someone else wanted to play PSO2 on the vita?

A second PSN ID on the same Vita? Reset your Vita to factory default, link the 2nd PSN, et a new memory card, dl the client again, etc, etc...

It's linked to the ID's. If someone else wanted to play with their own accounts, they need a memory card, the game and proceed to link up the ID's.
