Is there a way to bind one action to two different keys?

While strafing left and right, I would like to bind Change View to Q and F, using shift would be another option but then PA's come into mind. Any suggestions?

I'd actually really like to do this for a few keys as well.

Not unless you bind Q and F on your keyboard to be the same key/button using an external program.

A program such as VJoy! (http://headsoft.com.au/index.php?category=vjoy) You can change your F key into a second Q key in your registry, but uh, that can create problems. So I'd recommend setting up VJoy, map F and Q to something like Button 1, and then set Button 1 to be your desired function in the game.

Or whatever works for your controller and PSO2, like joy2key, to map two buttons to the same key.
