Depends on the definition of community I guess! We don't have as many english speaking players as ship2 for sure but there are at least two major english speaking teams, as well as my own smallish one. So overall I'd say there's a few of us.

ship 2 is if you want to play with other pso-world players. ship 4 has eng players, mostly /vg/, but there's nowhere nearly as many there as there are on ship 2 (some people may actually like that though since ship 2 seems to have a bad rep?).

it's up to you though, you should just play wherever your friends are, assuming your friends are playing this game.
