Do any TA mission. The real question is what do you have to do to unlock anything past Lilipa. I'm not sure if you need to have the TA before the one you're trying to unlock, or just need to meet some other condition, eg You have to have Lilipa unlocked before you can unlock Amduscia's TACOs...

Have you unlocked Nab 2 on your own? If not do so. If you're asking why you didn't complete the TACO then you need to do it again and A rank it.

You can unlock Naberius II if you have completed Ambuscia TA

So to try to do simple if you want to unlock Chroto's TA CO you must complete this:

Nab > Lilipa > Ambuscia > Nab II
