Everyone is invisible, please help

Please help. I been trying to get this game working fine but i can't see my character or the npcs at all. The only thing i can see are the hats or headgear. I tried reinstalling but the same thing happens. Any1 have any advice to fix this problem. The game works beautifully but i can't see my darn character or partner. :(

Assuming you aren't use the English patch at all try changing to simple shaders. If you don't know how This should help (http://bumped.org/psublog/phantasy-star-online-2-pre-open-beta-site-and-download-begins/) (scroll down to the launcher section)
