Questions about NA release

I hear they're releasing a western version of the game but I am befuddled as to whether it'll be on PC or a console.

Why are you befuddled? There has been no official word of any console development. Not to mention if it exists on PC/Vita, it would make no sense from a cost standpoint to port it to home console for only one region.

Cuz clearly we'll be playing pso2 on a Wii and attempting to perform Dark Scherzo with the wiimote + nunchuck.
