can someone please tell me how to fix this?
i don't know what i did for this error Apparently there's an Error in the PSO2 Bin

seems like permission issues, so x64?

Possibly, but the problem is lots of the system internals were changed in the move from Vista -> 7/8, so I can't give specific instructions what to try until I know what they're running.

I'm Running Windows 8 OS, 64 bit .

You probably need to run the game in compatibility mode for an older Windows OS.

just fix the file permissions.

Right click on the program icon, click properties, run as administrator.
