When do I apply the English patch?

I just finished installing PSO2, but while trying to log in, nothing is in English. I added the English patch before running the patcher, so should I redo it? Also, i'm getting error code 603 which apparently means wrong password, but i'm sure i'm typing it in right.

I'm probably going to just make another sega ID.
But before I do, does anybody know how to change a password?

As far as I've heard (don't use any of the ENG-patches myself), you have to fully download and update the game before you start modding it.
If it didn't work, start up the game launcher and have it do a file check, then try again.

Next time ask at the forums of the patch, if it was Kion's patch ask in his thread.

Every time you patch, the client checks your files and changes them if they're different. So the english patch will be written over every time.

Keep in mind, the english patches can become outdated. So having them get saved over is a good thing, since it reminds you to update your patch.
