Top 3 PAs for AR and Launcher?

I was just wondering what the best three PAs are for ARs and Launchers because I don't want to regret spending money on the higher level ones if I'm just gonna end up realizing that the skill sucks.

Rifle: Sneak Shooter, Homing Emission, Diffuse Shell
Launcher: Divine Launcher, Rodeo Drive, Cluster Bullet

One Point is okay for rifles, but it's weaker than the others. Concentrate One is good for damage switches with Launchers, and Crazy Smash is good for breaking the pods in desert.

And that's about it really.
