So I already have the web money, now I am trying to use it and am following the guide on google. What address / Phone number should (or could) be used?
I am also not sure on this katakana name part... >.> I think I am just tired but I just don't want to get banned..

You will need to look up tenso, they're a shipping company that operates very much as a P.O. box. Upon signing up for an account, you can use the address and number they give you to fill out your info.

As for name and such, I ended up using Google Translate to change my name from english to japanese.
