Updater Permission Fix

Sorry for creating a new thread for this, but I need the permission fixes for the updater and launcher and all the links I've found are now offline. Can someone send me a working one? Thanks. :-P

I think the reason no one responded is because they aren't sure if posting a link for that is against the rules.

I don't see why it would be. It's just the client .exe that's been modified through Windows, itself, to fix the permissions because they glitched. It's not like it's a hacked .exe or anything.

...I was under the impression that both of them were in there (but since I haven't had to do this myself, before, I didn't know). My mistake.

Try this suggestion from a post back in August (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2827369&postcount=2) and see if that works.

Well, it actually worked at first. But after I open the client to update, the file locks again and I lose the permission. I think I wont be able to play the game, lol;

It seems to be working. I just have to wait for this 7gb update! ><
