The disc is a drop from the rare version of Zeshrayda, so your best bet to find it is to either run Ruins Exploration or Advance Desert. Alternatively, you could just buy a disc from the player shops.

Very Hard; rare bosses only appear on VH. G'luck.

This was like a "most want" disk for me, and I decided to look for it too, back when it was first around. However, I'd totally not rec. looking for it. I've only ever seen ONE rare Zeshthing out of all the hrs I've done this game. Got mad, went shopping.

And...it's costly, but not horribly so. If you do TA you should be able to just buy it, which is the better option in my opinion. Because at least that way you're guarenteed to get it. However, this was a couple months back. Hopefully the price hasn't gone up on it. It was my most expensive PA ever bought, but it is certainly worth its while.
