Installing problems

I have been playing for a while now. Love the game. Recently though my game just kept getting more and more laggy. I got booted three times and now the game doesn't work. I reinstalled the game twice already and for some reason now the english patch doesn't work. Its still laggy but the main problem im having is the english patch.

I did exactly what this site told me to do but for some reason everything is still in japanese. I don't know what to do at this point.
