Dc-ed then client starts downloading 581 files..

Hmm.. so I was playing 10 minutes ago then the game keeps kicking me out with error 630 when trying to log on getting a DNS error code. In my 4th try to open PSO2 the client is downloading 581 files. I would like to ask if this is normal :-? I have no idea why it's downloading something. Is there any emergency updates? ^^;

This happened to me when I downloaded the big patch, but from what I know, servers are full and this happens.

I'm using this launcher, and since then I got no more errors when downloading updates. It's also very useful if you are using the different english patches (basically it backup the japanese files you are patching with the english one, so, if there is a problem with the english patch, you can still just choose to play the japanese unpatched client helps when troubleshooting).

Whatever you choose, you can just wait a little and try redownloading the update later or try the patcher/launcher I pointed you above.

Game detected an error and is re-checking the files. If you guys did an english mod it will rollback to the japanese version files.

Definitely looks like it's overwriting your story patch.
