Thats a great idea, thanks for the tip, I'll have to use it when I start my PSOX hunting career.

Is it worth the time?

I mean u find monomates and monofluids regularly, and 300 meseta isnt a lot..... :/

That's the same thing I was thinking. Sure, it's free and all, but I got by just fine, and I feed my mag religiously, even using the mag timer so I never miss a feeding. No twinking or anything; I found enough cash, mates, and fluids to keep it fed and still save a bit (that all changed when I switched to difluids though... eep).

I would think a RA/HU would do fine without this technique(heh no pun intended), but a FO would benefit from the spare fluids?

Lucky for you. My mags favorite item is Moon Aptomizer.

Yeah, that would be good I guess for when a FO can't buy monofluids anymore but still needs them.

I just did lots and lots of quests. Also the items you refer to are fairly cheap. My recomendation would be to go online and play Heat Sword alot, not only is it good for your exp but it gives 5k in mesta each time you play it and with that much money you can afford plenty of items.

Heat Sword doesnt always give you 5k. in heat sword in normal difficulty. I got 400 meseta http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

No, the real way of keeping your meseta at it's highest count is by picking up and carting armors, shields and weapons back to Pioneer 2 to be sold. You can carry atleast 20+ items that can be sold.

Just keep doing that, it's slow at first but with every difficulty increase you get better items, which sell for more, and you keep finding more meseta as well.

You eventually just max out your meseta in the bank and end up carrying it on-character.

my lvl 73 just maxed out in the meseta dept last night, and now has over 230000 on her person... so i just drop it all in town before i go hunting, just incase i die... happens...
my new force is having a hell of a time keeping any money at all, she's lvl 18 in norm mines and has 2000 meseta or so in the bank.... feeding 3 mags is a bad thing.... http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

So is the case across many (online) RPGs.

thats wat i usually do. i jsut pick up every armor shield and weapon. maybe a few other things that sell for alot. then i jsut sell them.

i have 3 bank-chara - they all have maxed out bank accounts by now - i dont even hunt for items to sell anymore... i just do that when Loreleis own bank account shrinks to under 200,000 due to excessive di- and trifluid-usage online.

I don't want to seem like I'm flaming anyone but this method is pretty worthless. I mean the only thing its probably good for is getting a colored MAG off the new character and giving it to your old character. Other than that the 300 meseta is worthless and the 4 monomates and monofluids are just mere toys that can be found all over forest.

The real question is, is this a form of legitimized duping? Same deal with Jack o Lanterns ;>

Not that I care if anybody does this trick, I do it regularly to get colored mags.
