Was having issue with launcher after automatic update. It was not being recognized as a link to files in win32 folders. During my calm attempt to fix what seemed like a simple problem I accidentally uninstalled pso2.

aww.... in the PSO2 bin, where the game was installed, all you had to do was delete the launcher.exe, then go to the launcher.exe.bak and delete the .bak part, let it re-apply the update+^_^+
